Returns Policy
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund to:

Items you need to return for refund or exchange will be accepted without question within our 28-day returns period. All we ask is that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact. Please note that a cape, coat, wrap, hat, scarf or bag cannot be accepted back should it smell, for example of cooking, perfume or smoke.
We request that you please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery.
Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by us in advance. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage unless in exceptional circumstance that an item is faulty or has been mis-described. When you return goods, please retain proof of postage from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Sometimes the limitations of the banking system mean that the refund may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.
