Here's all the small print you need to give you confidence when making a purchase from brackenonline.com, most things however are covered on our service page.
1. Cancelling your order - you may request cancellation of your order at any time up to the point we prepare your order for despatch - you can do this by telephoning on 01924 830002 or by e-mailing us at office@brackenonline.com Please ensure you provide us with your name, address including post code, the product ordered and your order no from your confirmation e-mail. If you wish to return your products once they have been received please use the returns form which was included with your delivery.
2. Prices - All prices listed on brackenonline.com are correct at the time the information is placed, however, we reserve the right to change the price of products at any time. All prices include VAT at the current UK rate. Orders delivered to addresses outside the UK may incur import duties and taxes at their destination. Payment for these is the responsibility of the addressee.
3. Colour reproduction - We make every effort to reproduce colours on brackenonline.com as accurately as possible, however, colour displays can be different depending on your computer settings so exact colour matches are not possible. This means that colours of the products you order may differ from what you see on screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the product you have ordered, please refer to our service page and the returns form included with your delivery.
4. All goods are supplied and despatched in good faith. We cannot accept responsibility for claims by third parties after receipt of the goods. We make every effort to ensure fast delivery but in the event of delays we cannot accept liability for any resultant losses or costs.
